Ingredients

140g salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 tsp miso paste
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp gluten-free oyster sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ cup beans, chopped
Olive oil spray
2 cos lettuce leaves

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix miso paste, maple syrup, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and Tasteless Protein until smooth.
  2. Toss salmon cubes in half the glaze and let marinate for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, spray lightly with olive oil, and sear salmon for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelised and cooked through. Brush with remaining glaze.
  4. In the same pan, quickly sauté the beans.
  5. Plate salmon bites and beans into lettuce leaves and top with sliced spring onion (optional). Enjoy your Miso-Glazed Salmon Bites.
