Ingredients
- 1 scoop Bread In A Mug by Get Ya Yum On (Linseed & Chia)Â
- 1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good ProteinÂ
- ½ tsp baking powderÂ
- 1 eggÂ
- 1 tbsp almond milkÂ
- 15g bacon, cubedÂ
- 15g tasty cheese, gratedÂ

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced)Â
- Lightly spray a ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.Â
- In a small bowl, combine the keto bread mix, tasteless protein powder, baking powder, egg, and almond milk. Mix well until smooth and lump-free.Â
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared ramekin.Â
- Sprinkle the bacon cubes and grated cheese over the top of the mixture.Â
