  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced) 
  2. Lightly spray a ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the keto bread mix, tasteless protein powder, baking powder, egg, and almond milk. Mix well until smooth and lump-free. 
  4. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared ramekin. 
  5. Sprinkle the bacon cubes and grated cheese over the top of the mixture. 
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the roll is golden, risen, and set in the centre.
