This High Protein Cheese and Bacon Bread Roll delivers all the flavour you love in a gluten-free format that’s designed to keep you fuller for longer. It’s quick to make, perfectly portioned, and ideal for busy mornings, easy lunches, or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Bread In A Mug by Get Ya Yum On (Linseed & Chia)
- 1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 15g bacon, cubed
- 15g tasty cheese, grated

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced)
- Lightly spray a ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, combine the keto bread mix, tasteless protein powder, baking powder, egg, and almond milk. Mix well until smooth and lump-free.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared ramekin.
- Sprinkle the bacon cubes and grated cheese over the top of the mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the roll is golden, risen, and set in the centre.
