Ingredients
- 3 scoops Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- 500 g beef/pork mince
- 2 tbsp tamari
- ½ cup beetroot slaw
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 egg
- 20 gyoza wrappers

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced).
- In a bowl, add mince and protein powder and mix until evenly combined.
- To the bowl, add beetroot slaw, tamari, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and egg and mix until combined.
- Spray olive oil into a mini muffin tray and line each cup with one gyoza wrapper, shaping it to the well.
- Evenly spoon the beef mixture into each wrapper.
- Bake for 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
