Who doesn’t love a fun Easter treat! Chocolatey, rich, and incredibly easy to make, these no-bake Hot Cross Bun Protein Balls are perfect to keep in the fridge when you want something sweet while adding a little extra protein to your holiday.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- 1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Chocolate Milk)
- 1 scoop Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein
- 60g Rich Chocolate Coconut Slice Mix by Get Ya Yum On
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup Noshu 95% Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips
- ¼ cup Truvia for Baking Icing

Method
- Add whey protein, almond flour, tasteless fibre, tasteless protein, chocolate chips and chocolate slice mix to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour 40ml water into the dry mixture and stir until it forms a cookie dough consistency.
- Use your hands to roll a tablespoon sized amount of dough into a ball and place it on a plate. Repeat to make 9 protein balls.
- To make the icing for the crosses, mix the icing powder with 20ml water until dissolved.
- Spoon the icing into a ziplock bag, cut off a bottom corner and pipe crosses onto each protein ball.
