These High Protein Breakfast Pizza Wraps are crispy, cheesy, packed with protein, and perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or as a delicious breakfast switch-up!
Full of flavour and loaded with nutritious ingredients, this recipe is easy to prep ahead of the week or make in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- 1 tsp All Natural Seasoning by Mingle (Dill & Garlic)
- 4 High Protein Low Carb White Wraps (Mini) by Simson’s Pantry
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp high protein cottage cheese
- ¼ cup grated tasty cheese
- 4 turkey breast slices
- ¼ cup baby spinach
- 1 tbsp pizza sauce or passata
- Salt & pepper (to taste)

Method
- To prepare your pizza toppings, roughly dice the spinach and turkey then set aside.
- To a mixing bowl, add the egg, protein powder, cottage cheese, Mingle seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot, then add a thin layer of oil.
- Add one wrap to the pan and spoon ¼ of the egg mixture, spinach, turkey, and grated cheese over the top layer.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 3–4 minutes until the egg is set and the cheese is melted.
- Before removing, spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce over the topping. Repeat with the 3 remaining wraps.
