High Protein Breakfast Pizza Wraps

These High Protein Breakfast Pizza Wraps are crispy, cheesy, packed with protein, and perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or as a delicious breakfast switch-up!

Full of flavour and loaded with nutritious ingredients, this recipe is easy to prep ahead of the week or make in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Method

  1. To prepare your pizza toppings, roughly dice the spinach and turkey then set aside. 
  2. To a mixing bowl, add the egg, protein powder, cottage cheese, Mingle seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot, then add a thin layer of oil.  
  4. Add one wrap to the pan and spoon ¼ of the egg mixture, spinach, turkey, and grated cheese over the top layer. 
  5. Cover with a lid and cook for 3–4 minutes until the egg is set and the cheese is melted.  
  6. Before removing, spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce over the topping. Repeat with the 3 remaining wraps.
