This Mont Blanc Proffee recipe blends hints of orange and warm spice with refreshing iced proffee, so you can enjoy a weight-loss-friendly, café-style boost from the comfort of your own home.

  • Candied orange slices 
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Method

  1. To a jug, add the instant coffee, protein powder, and 200ml boiling water and mix until all the ingredients have dissolved. 
  2. Set the coffee in the fridge to cool. 
  3. To make the cold foam, pour cream, milk, allulose syrup, and vanilla extract into a measuring jug.  
  4. Whisk the cream until the mixture is thickened and fluffy. 
  5. For easy use, transfer the mixture into the squeezy bottle (optional). 
  6. To your coffee cup, add orange juice, maple flavoured syrup, and ice cubes before pouring over coffee mixture. 
  7. Layer the cold foam over the coffee and garnish with nutmeg and orange zest. 
  8. Enjoy your Mont Blanc Proffee!
