This Caramel Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is a delicious, high protein twist on one of the Starbucks classics! 

Enjoy a café-style shaken espresso at home with rich caramel-flavoured coffee, sweet vanilla ice cream whey, and a hint of toasty cinnamon. It’s a satisfying, low-sugar alternative that’s perfect for anyone on a weight loss journey or simply looking for a healthier sweet treat. 

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a jug, combine the whey protein with 200ml cold water and whisk until fully dissolved. Set aside. 
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the instant coffee, hot water, brown sugar replacement, and cinnamon. Stir briefly to combine. 
  3. Add the ice, secure the lid, and shake for 15–30 seconds until chilled and a light foam forms. 
  4. Fill your glass with fresh ice, pour over half the coffee mixture, and top with the whey protein mix. 
  5. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy your Caramel Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso!
