This Caramel Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is a delicious, high protein twist on one of the Starbucks classics!
Enjoy a café-style shaken espresso at home with rich caramel-flavoured coffee, sweet vanilla ice cream whey, and a hint of toasty cinnamon. It’s a satisfying, low-sugar alternative that’s perfect for anyone on a weight loss journey or simply looking for a healthier sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Flavoured Instant Coffee by Feel Good Coffee (Caramel Fudge)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
- 60ml hot water
- 1 tbsp Truvia For Baking Brown
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup ice (for cocktail shaker)
- ½ cup ice (for serving)
- 200ml cold water

Method
- In a jug, combine the whey protein with 200ml cold water and whisk until fully dissolved. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the instant coffee, hot water, brown sugar replacement, and cinnamon. Stir briefly to combine.
- Add the ice, secure the lid, and shake for 15–30 seconds until chilled and a light foam forms.
- Fill your glass with fresh ice, pour over half the coffee mixture, and top with the whey protein mix.
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy your Caramel Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso!
