Ingredients
250g zucchini noodles
250g napolitana sauce
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
250g lean beef or chicken mince
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup grated cheese
2 tbsp parmesan
1 tsp black sesame oil
Fresh basil to garnish
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced).
- In a small bowl, stir 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein into the napolitana sauce until fully dissolved. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the mince, remaining 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein, dried herbs, paprika, garlic powder, parmesan, and black sesame oil. Mix well with clean hands or a fork until evenly combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Roll the mixture into small meatballs (around 16 total) and cook in the pan until browned and cooked through, turning gently as needed.
- Divide the zucchini noodles evenly between your meal prep containers. Top with meatballs, then spoon over the napolitana sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place containers in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Top with fresh basil, allow to cool slightly, then seal and store in the fridge.
