No Bake High Protein Cheesecake Cups

Super easy to whip together with no oven needed, this grab-and-go sweet treat is ideal for anyone on a weight loss journey, following a low sugar diet, or looking to make a healthy swap. 

Ingredients

Method

  1. To a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, yoghurt, sour cream, whey protein, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, and combine using a hand mixer. 
  2. Divide the mixture into two bowls, setting aside half of the original mix. 
  3. Stir the acai powder into one portion until evenly combined.
  4. For a swirl effect when piping, spoon both mixtures side-by-side onto a sheet of cling wrap, then roll the cling wrap around the mixture, then transfer it to a piping bag.    
  5. Evenly pipe into 6 dessert cups and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving. 
  6. Top with whipped cream and sugar free sprinkles and enjoy your No Bake High Protein Cheesecake Cups!
