Garlic Chicken Protein Bites are a light, zesty, and tasty, giving you the perfect high-protein option for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. They’re super easy to make and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
250g chicken mince
3 scoops Tasteless Collagen Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
40g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
½ cup almond meal
1 small egg
Zest of ½ lemon
Salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, Tasteless Protein, garlic, mint, feta, almond meal, egg, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls (about a heaped tbsp each). Place onto the tray.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
