Creamy and packed with protein, this High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake Slice is the perfect make-ahead meal or no-bake healthy dessert!
Enjoy all the flavour of cheesecake with minimal prep required, this recipe is ideal for busy weeks, post-workout treats, or when you want something sweet that helps keep you on track.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup light Greek yoghurt
- 1 packet Protein Jelly by Feel Good Protein (Wild Raspberry)
- 1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- 60g Coconut Macaroon Slice by Get Ya Yum On
- 250ml boiling water

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut macaroon slice mix with the almond milk and stir until combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two serving containers. Use the back of a spoon to firmly press the mixture down into an even base layer and set aside.
- In a heatproof jug, combine the boiling water and protein powder. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the protein jelly powder and continue stirring until dissolved.
- Add the Greek yoghurt and whisk immediately until the mixture has a smooth consistency with no lumps remaining.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the two bases.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until set.
