High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut macaroon slice mix with the almond milk and stir until combined.  
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between two serving containers. Use the back of a spoon to firmly press the mixture down into an even base layer and set aside.  
  3. In a heatproof jug, combine the boiling water and protein powder. Stir until completely dissolved.  
  4. Add the protein jelly powder and continue stirring until dissolved.  
  5. Add the Greek yoghurt and whisk immediately until the mixture has a smooth consistency with no lumps remaining.  
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the two bases.  
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until set.  
  8. Serve and enjoy your High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake Slice!
