Ingredients
600 grams of Chicken Tenders
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Basil Leaves dried
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated finely
1 cup almond flour
1 scoop of Tasteless Protein powder by Feel Good Protein
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
How to
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl that is easy for you to dip your chicken tenders into.
Dip chicken tenders one by one into the egg and milk mix and then into the crumb mix.
Place into the air fryer and cook on 190 degrees for 16 minutes.
(You can also use a normal oven if you’d like to)
