Using our Feel Good Shake VLCD mix and Tasteless Protein, you can enjoy a yummy breakfast that is high in protein!
2 cups plain flour (gluten free if desired)
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 Vanilla Feel Good Shake by Feel Good Protein
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Gently bring milk, water and vanilla extract to the boil.
Sift flour, Feel Good VLCD, Tasteless Protein Powder and salt together.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together to form a thick mixture.
Scoop ½ a cup into waffle maker at a time.
