We love to make sure that our days are off to a great start. Of course that includes breakfast, but we are all busy right?
Well this Air Fryer Protein Breakfast Cookies recipe is a “go to” for the mornings when we want to be able to make something and have it ready in under 10 minutes! So why not try this recipe out.
We love it and find that these cookies work well with or without the maple syrup. Let us know how long they take you to do from start to finish!
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 cup of quick oats
3 scoops Tasteless Protein Powder
1 Scoop Tasteless Fibre
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup (optional)
Noshu sugar free choc chips
Method
In a bowl, mash one banana.
Add quick oats, Tasteless Protein Powder, Brown Sugar and mix together.
If needed, add maple syrup and mix again.
Spoon the mixture onto grease proof paper and form it into cookies. This mixture makes 3.
Add Noshu Sugar Free choc chips to the top of each cookie.
Pop the cookies into the air fryer on the grease proof paper and cook for 6 minutes on 180 degrees!
Remove from air fryer and enjoy.
