Here is our take on the popular Asian dish – introducing our Air Fryer Protein Chicken Gyoza. It can be for snack or as a meal, these Chicken Gyozas were done in few simple steps, are high in protein and best of all, they are finger licking good!
Note: In this recipe, we air fried our gyozas, but feel free to fry yours in vegetable oil or whatever works for you.
Ingredients
Two Heinz Chicken with Lite Mayo tins. Or if you cook your own and shred your own chicken, 170g in total
1 tsp minced garlic (or more if you love it – we do!)
1 tsp minced ginger
2 Scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tsp oyster sauce
Evergreen Gyoza Wrappers
Method
Firstly, preheat Air fryer at 200 for 10 minutes.
Whilst waiting for the air fryer to heat up, into a bowl, combine the Canned Chicken, Tasteless Protein, Minced Ginger and Garlic, and Oyster Sauce.
Mix all of these ingredients until everything is well combined.
Using a dumpling maker, place a gyoza wrapper across the maker and fill with one teaspoon of mixture.
Then, press the dumpling maker closed and repeat this process until you have used up all of your mixture. This amount makes 16.
Afterward, place your tray of Gyozas into the air fryer for 12 minutes on 200C or until your desired level of golden goodness is achieved.
We did not spray ours with oil, but you are free to do that if you’re looking to achieve a more golden colour.
Finally, enjoy the Air Fryer Protein Chicken Gyoza!
