Ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup milk (we use almond but use what you like)
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Mingle Seasoning
½ cup flour
4 scoops Tasteless Protein Powder by Feel Good Protein
1/3 cup bacon pieces
½ cup Grated Cheese
Fresh Herbs to taste
½ cup lite Cream Cheese

Method

Firstly, pre-heat oven to 180C and then line a baking dish with grease proof paper.

Into a bowl add together 6 eggs, 1 cup of milk and Mingle seasoning and mix until everything is well combined.

Add in the flour and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, a little at a time until everything is mixed in.

Afterwards, pour the contents of the bowl into the lined baking dish and bake on 180C for 15 minutes or until the egg mixture starts to brown and is totally firm.

Remove from the oven and work quickly to spread the egg roll with the cream cheese.

Then, sprinkle with ham, grated cheese and herbs and then roll the baked egg mixture up as demonstrated.

Cut into pinwheels and enjoy the Baked Egg Roll!
