Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced). 
  2. In a bowl, add mince and protein powder and mix until evenly combined. 
  3. To the bowl, add beetroot slaw, tamari, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and egg and mix until combined. 
  4. Spray olive oil into a mini muffin tray and line each cup with one gyoza wrapper, shaping it to the well. 
  5. Evenly spoon the beef mixture into each wrapper. 
  6. Bake for 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through. 
  7. Serve as is, or with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy your Beef Dumpling Cups!
