Try this healthy alternative to pizza and create a Cauliflower Protein Pizza base! It’s delicious, gluten-free, low carb and keto friendly 🤗 By adding Tasteless Protein you can ensure it’s high in protein without the extra calories.
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, chopped
2 large eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon seasoning mix
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Method
Process one head of cauliflower in the food processor.
Place in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 4minutes on high.
Allow to cool and then drain all of the liquid from the cauliflower.
Mix all of the ingredients for the pizza “dough” together and place on a parchment lined tray in the oven.
Spray with avocado oil.
Bake in a 180 degree pre heated oven for 20minutes.
Remove from oven and top with your favourite pizza toppings.
Return to oven for a further 3 – 5 minutes or until your cheese has melted.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
