This one is a classic! These Cheesy Sweet Potato Cottage Pie bites are a great take on the traditional Shepherds Pie recipe. Mix Tasteless Protein into the pie to enjoy a high protein meal.
6 Pieces of Havarti Cheese
1 Cup Beef Bone Broth
160 grams of finely chopped brisket
1/2 Cup Red Wine (optional)
1 Brown Onion
1 Tsp Butter
1Tsp Garam Marsla
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 cup lite sour cream
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein
1 Tsp Promite
1 Tbsp Cornflour
3 Tbsp boiling water
60 grams Mozerella
Place Havarti Slices on a tray lined with grease proof paper and grill until golden.
Place Havarti slices into your greased muffin pan as a base for your pies.
Sautee onions until soft and then add broth and wine and reduce this down.
Add in brisket, herbs, spices and Tasteless Protein.
When this mixture has reduced by half mix together the Promite, Cornflour and boiling hot water until they are all combined and add this mixture into the brisket mix.
Stir over medium heat until all combined.
Turn off heat and mix in sour cream
Add meat mixture to cheese pie shells
Top with mashed sweet potato and mozzarella
Return to oven and grill for a few minutes, until the Mozzarella starts to melt.
