Who says you can’t have nutritious treats at easter? Introducing Choc Mint Easter Gummies that are high in protein, low in carbs and bursting with that refreshing choc-mint flavour you love! They can be used as a post-workout snack, a midday pick-me-up or just a tasty treat to hit your protein goals. Plus, they’re super easy to make.
Ingredients
35g Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Choc Mint Ice Cream)
2 ½ tbsp Edible Gelatine (¼ cup boiling water to dissolve)
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
300ml boiling water
Method
- Lightly spray your gummie moulds with a non-stick spray.
- In a jug, pour 300ml of boiling water and whisk in the Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Choc Mint Ice Cream) until smooth.
- Add 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein and give it another stir until everything is completely dissolved. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the gelatine with ¼ cup of boiling water, stirring until it’s completely dissolved.
- Pour the gelatine mixture into your whey protein mix and stir well.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your prepared moulds. Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, pop your gummies out of the moulds and enjoy your Choc Mint Easter Gummies!
