Dates have an excellent nutrition profile and are easily able to be stuffed with your favourite ingredients. Try our recipe for sugar-free chocolate covered Easter Dates filled with a smooth Peanut Butter inside which is packed with Tasteless Protein!
Slice dates in half and remove pit.
Mix up the peanut butter powder with Tasteless Protein and enough water to make a thick consistency.
Fill each of the dates.
Place a wooden skewer or toothpick in one end of each date.
Double dip in melted no sugar chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil melted into it.
Allow to set and then enjoy!
