These Coconut Milk Gummies are super easy to make, and are super fun for Halloween time! Try out this spooky recipe as a healthier alternative to Halloween sweets. 🎃🦇
Ingredients
450 mls coconut milk
1 Protein Jelly Sachet by Feel Good Protein
4 Scoops Tasteless Protein Powder by Feel Good Protein
2 Tablespoons Edible Gelatine
Method
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large jug.
Put 200 mls of Coconut Cream onto the stove to boil.
When it reaches the boil, remove from heat and pour it over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything dissolves.
HOT TIP – If the ingredients are not dissolving well place everything from the jug into a blender and blend for a few seconds!
Once everything in the jug is dissolved, add 250 mls of coconut milk to the contents of the jug and mix thoroughly.
Pour into your molds and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (ours always set quicker than this).
Keep in the fridge and enjoy your cool, spooky gummie treats!
