We made these in 120ml jars available at Kmart and this mix was perfect for 5.

Ingredients

Jelly Topping
20 grams of Fresh Lemonade Protein Jelly
230 mls boiling water

Base
5 Arrowroot biscuits
50 grams melted Butter

Cheesecake
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein
2 – 3 scoops Passionfruit Protein Water
250 grams Lite Cream Cheese
½ cup Greek Yoghurt
2 tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Edible Gelatine
50 mls boiling water

Method

Make and set aside your jelly to start to cool.

To make the base either blend in a food processor or crush up 5 arrowroot biscuits in a bowl.

To the bowl with the biscuit crumbs, add 50 grams of melted Butter and mix until well combined.

Spoon this mixture into the base of your serving jar.

To make the cheesecake filling, to a large bowl add one package of Lite Cream Cheese, ½ cup Greek Yoghurt, 3 scoops of Tasteless Protein Powder, 2 or 3 scoops of Passionfruit Protein Water, 2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Maple Syrup and 1 tablespoon of edible gelatin that has been allowed to dissolve in 50 mls of boiling water.

Combine these ingredients until completely smooth and delicious.

Pour this mixture into the serving jars and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove Jars from the Refrigerator and add the Fresh Lemonade Protein Jelly that has been sitting out on the bench.

Return the jars to the fridge and allow to chill for 2 or 3 hours before serving!
