3 Egg Whites
2 Scoops Tasteless Protein
1 Scoop Tasteless Fibre
10 grams Mozzarella
Salt, Pepper and Bagel Seasoning to taste
Place all ingredients, including Tasteless Protein and Tasteless Fibre, into your blender cup and blend together until the mixture is very light and fluffy.
Pour your batter into a pan that has been lightly sprayed with avocado oil and pre-heated.
Allow the batter to cook on the first side until light bubbles are appearing in the top of the batter.
Flip gently using a wide spatula.
Cook on the other side until light golden brown.
If you intend to eat straight away then just fill the wrap with your chosen fillings, serve and enjoy!
If you are making ahead then place the wrap on a clean, dry, tea towel and wrap it up until ready to use.
