High-Protein Mixed Berry Ice Cream is the perfect treat to enjoy all summer long! It’s rich, creamy, and bursting with berry flavour. Best of all, it takes just minutes to make, and no ice cream maker is required!

Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
1 tbsp no-sugar maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Add the cottage cheese, heavy cream, frozen mixed berries, protein powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if you’d like with maple syrup.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container. Freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring every 30–45 minutes for a softer, creamier consistency. For a firmer scoopable texture, freeze for up to 4 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop, serve, and enjoy your High Protein Mixed Berry Ice Cream!
