Ingredients For The Dressing
3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
2 tablespoons Chilli Honey (substitute for No Sugar Maple Syrup if desired)
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Pinch of Salt
Vegetables
Your choice of vegetables is entirely up to you, but in this recipe, we use the following:
1 red capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
½ cucumber
1 punnet mini tomatoes
1 zucchini
½ cup red cabbage
1 carrot
½ cup fennel
Method
1. To make your dressing; combine Apple Cider Vinegar, Avocado Oil, Chilli Honey, Lime juice and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein.
2. Mix everything inside the bowl (or jug).
3. To prepare this salad, wash and dry all the fresh produce and use the Baccarat Prepare Mandoline Slicer. This slicer ensures your vegetables are all approximately the same size.
4. Julienne your vegetables and place them into piles on a chopping board.
5. Transfer the vegetables into your serving bowl, then pour the Hot Honey Protein Dressing and mix. Enjoy!
