We’ve used our brand-new Tasteless Iron by Feel Good Protein, a revolutionary powder that mixes seamlessly into almost anything. Unlike other iron supplements, ours won’t alter the taste or texture of your food. Simply stir it into your morning chia pudding (or whatever you’re having!) and you’re good to go. Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds
100ml almond milk or your preferred milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar-free sweetener
1 dose Tasteless Iron by Feel Good Protein
1 scoop Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 scoop Wild Raspberry Protein Water by Feel Good Protein
2 tbsp light Greek yoghurt
Fresh berries for topping
Drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce

Method

  1. In a small jar or bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and stevia. Stir well.
  2. Add your dose of Tasteless Iron by Feel Good Protein and Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein. Stir again to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let the chia seeds set.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding to check for consistency. Add a little extra milk if it’s too thick.
  5. Top with Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce. Enjoy your Iron Boost Raspberry Chia Pudding!
