Pizza Scroll Sticks with Ranch Dip are your new go-to high-protein snack. Golden and crispy on the outside, ooey-gooey and cheesy on the inside, they deliver all the flavours of pizza in every bite. Paired with a creamy homemade ranch dip, they’re the perfect combo for meal prep, easy snacking, or a satisfying post-workout treat.
Ingredients
For the dough:
2 cups shredded mozzarella
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, lightly beaten
For the filling:
2 tbsp Italian tomato & basil paste
½ cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp grated parmesan
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
For the ranch dip:
½ cup Greek yoghurt
2 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 tbsp mayo (optional, for creaminess)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp dried parsley
Salt & pepper, to taste
Squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese (about 1 minute, stir halfway).
- Stir in almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and beaten egg until a dough forms. Knead slightly until smooth (use oiled hands if sticky).
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1 cm thick.
- Spread lightly with pizza sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Fold the dough in half lengthways, press gently, then cut into 8 strips.
- Twist each strip and place on a lined baking tray.
- Top with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 180°C for 12–15 mins, until golden and crisp on the edges.
- Mix yoghurt, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, whey protein, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Adjust to taste.
