If you are a bariatric person it is easy to give half of your heart away and still be more than satisfied! 😊❤️
½ cup Butter
½ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
3 Scoops of Tasteless Protein Powder
1 ½ cups Almond Flour
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
3 strawberries cut in half to top your blondie hearts with! ❤️
Mix together the butter that is at room temperature and the Monk Fruit Sweetener.
Add in your eggs, one at a time, taking care to mix between eggs.
Add Vanilla and then your Tasteless Protein Powder and combine until totally mixed through.
Add the Almond Flour, Salt and Baking Powder and mix until everything is well combined.
At the very end, lightly fold in the sliced fresh strawberries.
Fill your heart shaped silicone molds with the mixture and flatten the top of each heart nicely.
Top with half a strawberry.
Bake in a 160 degree oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
