These overnight oats are a great breakfast option that you can make in advance and ready to enjoy in the morning! Adding Tasteless Protein will ensure it’s a high protein meal for you.
½ cup rolled oats
2/3 cup milk of choice (Almond milk was used here)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
2 scoops Tasteless Protein Powder by Feel Good Protein
¼ teaspoon salt
½ a fresh mango or fruit of choice
Mix all of the ingredients (except mango)together in a bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture between two jars. Ours came from Kmart!
Add fresh mango to the top of your jars.
Mix in the morning and top with additional mango if desired but most importantly – enjoy!!
