This Chia Pod recipe is perfect for when you feel like a pick-me-up snack and also make you feel fuller for longer!
Being high in fibre, protein, and containing healthy fats, you can say this snack is a great option for when you are feeling peckish.
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
2 scoops Tasteless Protein
Drizzle of sugar free maple syrup
Place Chia seeds in a glass or a bowl.
Add coconut milk and mix.
Add two scoops of Tasteless Protein and mix.
Add a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup and mix then pop in the fridge to set.
Once set either add berries to the bottom of your glass and then top with chia pudding and more berries and honey or top with melted protein peanut butter, a teaspoon of granola and a few choc chips!
