Our Protein Iced Apple Chai Latte is an ideal choice if you’re looking for a protein-rich drink that’s also thoroughly enjoyable. Packed with all the 9 essential amino acids, it’s a great way to refresh your body after a workout or can be enjoyed at anytime during the day. Just your typical iced chai latte, but with a healthier twist. Cheers!

Ingredients

1 cup of water
1 tbsp Apple Puree
2 chai tea bags
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1/2 teaspoon of star anise
1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 cup of apple juice or cider
Ice cubes

Sliced apple for garnish, Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Sugar (All Optional and macros are provided without).

Method

1. Firstly, bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Add the chai tea bags and Tasteless Protein powder by Feel Good Protein. Let it seep for about 5 minutes.

2. Remove the tea bags and allow the concentrated chai tea to cool.

3. In a separate container, combine the almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg apple juice and ginger. Stir well to combine.

4. In a glass, put 1 tablespoon of apple puree then fill it halfway with ice cubes.

5. Pour the chai-tea-concentrate over the ice, filling the glass about 3/4 full.

6. Next, add the spiced almond milk mixture to the glass, leaving some space at the top.

7. Stir gently to mix the flavours.

8. Pour the apple juice or cider over the latte mixture, filling the glass to the top. Garnish with sliced apple, if desired.

9. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Protein Iced Apple Chai Latte!
