Try our flavour-packed Protein Mustard Dressing paired with a chopped salad. Not only is this dressing full of protein and flavours, but it’s super versatile and can easily be combined with other savoury dishes to elevate taste and add extra nutrition. In this recipe, we used Protein Mustard Dressing and chopped salad as a filling for our tacos, but it also works well as a side dish or a meal on its own.
Ingredients
Protein Mustard Dressing
2 tbsps yoghurt
1 tsp Mustard
A sprinkle of Mingle Guacamole Seasoning
2 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
Chopped Salad
5 baby Cos Lettuce leaves
3 slices of cheese
3 baby cucumbers
½ red onion
½ tomato
½ an avocado
4 slices of chicken breast
Optional – To Serve With:
Mini Corn Tortillas
Method
1. Wash and prepare your salad ingredients and set them to the side.
2. Place all of the salad ingredients onto your chopping board in layers on top of each other.
3. Once you have everything on the board, begin chopping until you are happy with the size and consistency.
4. Next, in a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the High-Protein Mayo Dressing.
5. Then pour the dressing over your salad.
6. Serve your Chopped Salad With Protein Mustard Dressing however you like. We use it as a filling for our tacos with mini corn tortillas.
