Ingredients
500 grams lite Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup almond flour
½ cup chopped cashews
2 tablespoons Nasi Goreng Spice paste
½ cup Pimp My Salad Coconut Bacon finely chopped
Zest of one orange
4 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
Pimp My Salad Super Seed Sprinkles to coat the protein balls
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of lite Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of chopped cashews, 2 tablespoons of Nasi Goreng paste, 1/2 cup of Coconut Bacon, orange zest and 4 scoops of Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein.
2. Mix all the ingredients until they are well combined. The mixture should be thick and easily mouldable.
3. Refrigerate or freeze for an hour to make the mixture easier to work with.
4. Remove from fridge/freezer and take small portions of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands.
5. Once all the protein balls are shaped, pour some Pimp My Salad Super Seed Sprinkle into a shallow dish.
6. Roll each protein ball in the Pimp My Salad Super Seed Sprinkle, ensuring they are evenly coated.
7. Place the coated protein balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
8. Chill the protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
9. Once chilled, your Savory Protein Balls are ready to enjoy!
