Our Sweet Potato Hashbrown Bake is a hearty and nutritious savoury dish that delivers a great protein hit. Easy to prepare and delicious, this recipe can be made either using a traybake which is the method we used, or frying individual spoons of mixture on a non-stick fry pan. Either way, it’s a crowd pleaser that’s sure to become a family favourite!
2 cups of grated sweet potato that has had the liquid squeezed out of it!
¼ of a finely diced red onion
4 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
3 teaspoons of Vegeta Seasoning
2/3 cup of Almond Flour
Masterfoods Tomato Relish
Firstly, preheat oven to 180 Celcius.
Whilst waiting it to heat up, line a brownie pan with baking paper.
Then, grate the sweet potato and chop onion into small cubes.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then, pour into a brownie pan that has been lined with baking paper. Distribute it evenly throughout the baking tray.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes (the baking time may vary).
Take it out of the oven only when your desired level of golden goodness has been achieved.
When serving, cut the Sweet Potato Hashbrown Bake into squares and serve with your favourite condiments.
For the sauce. Using a small bowl, mix and combine Masterfoods Tomato Relish and Tasteless Protein together, to increase the protein intake.
