Move over overnight oats, Tiktok Overnight Weetbix is the latest craze spreading across social media! It got us excited though, as our recipe shows how you can make this a high protein breakfast of choice!
Ingredients
6 Weetbix
3/4 Cup Boiling Water
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein By Feel Good Protein
3/4 Cup Milk of Choice
3 Tablespoons of No Sugar Maple Syrup
Topping
2 Cups High Protein Yoghurt
1/2 Sachet Vanilla Feel Good Protein
Punnet Raspberries
Dark Chocolate Coated Almonds
Method
Place 6 Weetbix (standard or Gluten Free) into a dish.
Mix Tasteless Protein Powder into boiling water.
Pour Mixture over Weetbix and allow to soak in.
Top with your choice of Milk and Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
Allow a few minutes for the Weetbix to absorb the moisture.
Topping
Mix together your choice of yoghurt (we used high protein Yopro)and protein powder and top the Weetbix mixture and place in the fridge overnight.
Top with Raspberries and dark chocolate almonds.
