Ingredients for this Very Berry Protein Smoothie
4 Scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 cup blueberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons honey
½ cup yoghurt of choice
¾ cup milk of choice
Method for this Very Berry Protein Smoothie
In your blender cup add Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein.
Afterwards, layer it with delicious berries, yoghurt, honey and lastly, the milk.
Close the lid tightly and blend until it turns into a gorgeous lavender colour and when everything is beautifully mixed well together.
Then, drizzle honey inside the rim of the glasses or cups that you plan to serve your protein smoothie in.
