These Zucchini Fritters are a great way to enjoy a healthy meal that is high in protein. Tasteless Protein is so easy to mix in while cooking, and it won’t effect your food’s taste or smell at all!
2 cups zucchini and carrots grated together squeezed of its juice
1/2 cup capsicum finely diced
1/2 cup corn kernels
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil leaves
1 1/2 cups almond flour (or flour of your preference).
Finely grate zucchini and carrot together and then wring out the liquid and pat dry.
Finely dice capsicum
Add 4 eggs to a large bowl and then add the vegetables, Tasteless Protein powder, spices and flour.
Once mixture is combined, spoon into pan and brown on both sides of fritter.
Remove from pan and finish off in a moderate 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
