Looking for a high-protein, low-carb snack that’s perfect for nibbling anytime? These Protein Crunch Crisps are golden, cheesy, and just the right amount of savoury.
They’re gluten-free, protein-packed, and super simple to make at home, ideal for crushing midday hunger, refuelling after a workout, or nibbling while you whip up your next meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup egg white
- 2 scoops Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¾ tbsp Chilli Umami Seasoned Salts by Mingle
- 1 tsp dried dill

Method
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan-forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and use a hand mixer to whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the lined tray and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the mixture becomes firm.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 60°C and continue baking until golden brown and crisp to your liking. Alternatively, transfer to an air fryer on the dehydrate setting at 60°C for 2 hours.
- Allow to cool completely, then break into crunchy shards.
- Enjoy the Protein Crunch Crisps with your favourite dips or on its own!
