Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the strawberry yoghurt, agave syrup, fibre powder, and whey protein to a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the powder has fully dissolved. 
  2. Add the cream cheese and transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth and lump-free. 
  3. Dice the fresh strawberries and spoon half into the bottom of your serving bowl. 
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon. 
  5. Finish with the remaining diced strawberries, a drizzle of strawberry sundae topping, and cacao coconut granola.
