Ingredients
- 1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Strawberry Jam)
- 150g strawberry yoghurt
- 40g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free Granola by Brookfarm (Cacao Coconut)
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Flavoured Topping by Queen (Strawberry Sundae)
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 scoop Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein

Method
- Add the strawberry yoghurt, agave syrup, fibre powder, and whey protein to a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the powder has fully dissolved.
- Add the cream cheese and transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth and lump-free.
- Dice the fresh strawberries and spoon half into the bottom of your serving bowl.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
- Finish with the remaining diced strawberries, a drizzle of strawberry sundae topping, and cacao coconut granola.
