This High Protein Viral Dot Cake is a healthy take on the viral TikTok recipe that everyone is talking about!
Light, fluffy, and packed with protein, this easy microwave cake-in-a-cup is the perfect high protein dessert when you are craving something sweet, satisfying, and nostalgic.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
- 15g gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 15g Pure Allulose Natural Sweetener by SaweetWay
- 30g light cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp almond milk (vanilla)
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
- 50g vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 15g sugar free 100s & 1000

Method
- Add ¾ scoop whey protein, flour, and allulose to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cream cheese, egg, almond milk, and vanilla bean paste. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to a microwave safe bowl or ramekin. Microwave for 70-90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through and set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and remaining ¼ scoop whey protein. Stir until the protein powder has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the yoghurt icing over the cooled cake and top with the sugar free sprinkles.
