High Protein Viral Dot Cake

This High Protein Viral Dot Cake is a healthy take on the viral TikTok recipe that everyone is talking about!

Light, fluffy, and packed with protein, this easy microwave cake-in-a-cup is the perfect high protein dessert when you are craving something sweet, satisfying, and nostalgic.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream) 
  • 15g gluten-free all-purpose flour 
  • 15g Pure Allulose Natural Sweetener by SaweetWay 
  • 30g light cream cheese 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (vanilla) 
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste 
  • 50g vanilla Greek yoghurt 
  • 15g sugar free 100s & 1000

Method

  1. Add ¾ scoop whey protein, flour, and allulose to a bowl. Mix until well combined. 
  2. Add the cream cheese, egg, almond milk, and vanilla bean paste. Stir until a smooth batter forms. 
  3. Transfer the batter to a microwave safe bowl or ramekin. Microwave for 70-90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through and set aside to cool. 
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and remaining ¼ scoop whey protein. Stir until the protein powder has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. 
  5. Spread the yoghurt icing over the cooled cake and top with the sugar free sprinkles. 
  6. Enjoy your High Protein Viral Dot Cake!
