Spiced Chai Protein Bites

Introducing homemade Spiced Chai Protein Bites, the perfect pick-me-up! These nutritious and energising protein balls can be whipped up in no time and enjoyed at any time of the day.

Ingredients

1 Feel Good Shake – Vanilla
4 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
½ cup almond flour
2 tbsp Sugar-Free Spiced Chai Powder
1 shot espresso
¼ cup high-protein almond milk
4 weetbix
140g Noshu White Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
Cinnamon sugar for dusting

Method

1. In a large bowl, crush 4 weetbix into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.

2. Into the bowl, add the Feel Good Shake, 4 scoops of Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein, ½ cup of almond flour, and 2 tbsp of sugar-free spiced chai powder.

3. Add a cooled shot of espresso and almond milk to the bowl and mix well until fully combined.

4. The mixture should be sticky and mouldable. If it’s too dry, you can add a little bit of water or milk to help bind the ingredients together.

5. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.

6. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.

8. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and stir in the coconut oil.  Dip the set protein balls in the chocolate mixture. Then dust with cinnamon. Allow them to set in the fridge again.

9. Once chilled, your protein balls are ready to enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy your Spiced Chai Protein Bites!
