½ cup dried parmesan
4 scoops Tasteless Protein Powder
100 grams light cream cheese
500 grams frozen cauliflower rice
1 teaspoon garlic salt & Fresh Thyme
Coating for the Arancini
2 eggs with happy faces 😊
2 cups of bread crumbs (You can use Almond Flour for a lower carb option)
Measure out your ingredients so that you can work quickly.
Heat your pan on a high heat and add your frozen cauliflower rice.
Allow this to cook for a few minutes and then add in your Tasteless Protein, light cream cheese and parmesan and garlic salt.
Allow this mixture to cook down until the liquid is gone from it.
Set the mixture to the side and allow it to cool completely.
Once the mixture has had time to cool form it up into balls and place a small ball of bocconcini inside each one.
Pre – heat your air fryer for 20 minutes on it’s hottest setting.
Once the balls are formed, set into the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow them to become firm.
Whisk eggs together in a small bowl.
Prepare your breading mixture in a large dish and set to the side.
Remove your Arancini from the fridge and place them, one at a time, into the egg mixture and then into your breadcrumbs.
Place the balls into your Air Fryer making sure to work in batches!
Coat the top of each ball with cooking oil spray and cook for 4 minutes on 180.
Open the air fryer and turn if necessary. Cook for an additional 3 – 4 minutes.
Remove from the Air Fryer and serve with your favourite condiments!

fridge until defrosted and then reheat in the Air Fryer
