Ingredients

2 small cooked beetroot
1 1/2 cups oat flour
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 Tbsp PPB Powdered Peanut Butter
2 sachets of Feel Good Shake Chocolate Heaven
1⁄4 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping
100 grams of Noshu dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Freeze dried strawberry chips (optional)

Method

Process 1 ½ cups of rolled oats into flour and set aside

To a bullet blender add two small cooked beetroot, 2 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup, ¼ cup almond milk and vanilla extract.

Blend until everything is smooth and the colour is fabulously vibrant!

Into a large bowl add all of the dry ingredients including Tasteless Protein and Feel Good Shake, and then mix through your wet beetroot mix.

This should be quite firm to mix.

Spoon your mixture into a brownie pan that is lined with plastic wrap and smooth the mixture out.

Place this in the refrigerator for one hour.

To make your topping, melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a bowl.

Remove your now set protein bar mix from the fridge and pour chocolate mixture over the top of it.

Decorate with freeze dried strawberry pieces and edible flowers if desired.

Place back into the fridge and allow to set for a few hours.

Slice into bars and enjoy!
