These delicious gems are a family favourite and for the weight loss surgery folks they are extremely low in carbs but high in protein!
These are a fabulous alternative to the traditional “potato gem” and are sure to quickly become popular in your house hold.
Ingredients
2 cups of cauliflour rice
3 Eggs
4 Scoops Tasteless Protein
½ cup of your favourite type of breadcrumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon chicken salt seasoning
Method
Preheat your air fryer to 210 C
Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl
Form your cauli gems and place in the air fryer in one layer
Cook for 10 minutes on 210.
Remove from Air Fryer and add seasoning and your favourite sauce.
