Raspberry Protein Slice

Raspberry Protein Slice With Tasteless Protein

This wonderful recipe is a family favourite that is full of flavour and transports easily in lunch boxes. Great for breakfast on the go, as a dessert with a little bit of your favourite yoghurt, or as a go to recipe in your family baking rotation.

We love how easy it is to make this slice, and by adding Tasteless Protein can help you read your goals!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond flour
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
3 eggs
¾ cup coconut yohurt
½ cup monk fruit sweetener
1 cup raspberries (frozen)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

Method

Mix together the almond flour, Tasteless Protein, monk fruit sweetener, Spices, baking powder and coconut yoghurt and mix.

Then add to this mix the 3 eggs, vanilla extract and mix until it is all combined, smooth and velvety.

To this mix, add the frozen raspberries and mix through.

Then pour this mixture into a lined slice tin and bake in a 160 degree C oven for 35-45 minutes (depending on your oven) or until your slice is golden on top and a cake skewer comes out mostly clean.

Remove from the oven and serve with a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup while warm or allow to cool and then enjoy!
